20-year residential protection.
Our Amish poly collections carry a limited 20-year residential warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship, under the maker’s terms. Commercial use, glider arms and accessories have different coverage; normal wear and fading are excluded.
Fade-resistant color.
UV-stabilized poly is designed to resist fading. Choose actual color samples, including premium wood-grain finishes, and coordinate your top and frame colors.
Skip the refinishing.
No painting, staining or refinishing of the poly lumber. Clean with soap and water, and care for hardware—especially near saltwater—to keep the furniture ready for the next season.
Marine-grade hardware.
316-grade stainless steel hardware supports durable outdoor construction. Appropriate bracing adds support where the design needs it.

What the warranty means.
The 20-year limited residential warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser under the applicable maker’s terms. Repair or replacement is subject to those terms. Commercial coverage is five years; hardware, glider arms, cushions, fire components and other accessories may have shorter or separate coverage. What to compare when shopping online.
Check whether a listing describes the actual poly material, the grade of hardware, the available table and seat heights, and the written warranty. Ask who completes assembly and placement, and whether the displayed price covers only the main piece or the entire pictured set. At Yoder’s, each listing identifies what is included, offers the verified choices for that design, and keeps its original product photographs available.
Simple care, season after season.
Wash poly surfaces with mild soap and water. Rinse off dirt and debris, and check moving parts and hardware periodically. Outdoor color is fade resistant, rather than immune to all sunlight changes. Follow the care instructions supplied for your furniture, particularly in coastal environments.
