Rugs and blankets have an estimated shipping window of 1–3 weeks. Carrier transit time is additional. We’ll notify you if the selected item needs more time.

Taxidermy mounts show an estimated shipping window of 2–6 weeks, with free shipping included in the displayed price. We will confirm availability and timing before fulfillment. Furniture production schedules and White Glove setup do not apply to these mounts.

Your furniture is handcrafted to order by Amish craftsmen. Production times vary by the workshop making your furniture. Check each product for its current production estimate; delivery time is additional. Timing varies by item, workshop schedule, and destination. We’ll keep you updated and contact you to schedule delivery.

Furniture will ship from participating Amish workshops. The shipping origin depends on the maker of each selected piece. Orders containing furniture from more than one workshop may arrive separately.

Furniture prices are the same nationwide. Free White Glove Delivery is included for most addresses in the lower 48 states. Additional delivery charges apply to New York City, Alaska and Hawaii; we’ll confirm those charges before you order. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international destinations.

White Glove Delivery includes furniture placement and setup. You do not need to assemble the furniture yourself. We’ll contact you to schedule your White Glove Delivery. Tell us about stairs, elevators, or narrow entrances so we can plan your delivery.

Before arranging delivery, check doorways, stairs, elevators, and the space where your furniture will be placed. Tell us about access restrictions so the delivery plan fits your home.
