Its Rental Demand subscore is 86/100. That meets our editorial screening threshold of at least 70 for that subscore; it does not establish that an individual cabin will perform well.
Treat ADR as an observed price across booked nights and occupancy as the share of nights offered that booked. Compare genuinely similar properties and prepare a monthly budget for vacancy, management, cleaning, platform charges, utilities, insurance, taxes, maintenance, finance costs and replacement reserves. Choose a table for meals and a long game night
Begin with the room's everyday arrangement. Mark the table and occupied chairs, then keep a clear route to the kitchen and other rooms. If the selected model extends, test the extended arrangement separately and decide where unused leaves will be stored. Extra length helps only when the surrounding room still functions.
Compare the chair and table as a pair. Ask for seat and arm heights where relevant, apron clearance and the location of legs or supports. A long game or meal exposes an awkward seat position more clearly than a quick photograph does. Test the actual configuration rather than inferring comfort from a room image with similar-looking pieces.
Give the table useful light and a nearby place for the items the room needs without filling the top with permanent decoration. Keep other large finishes quieter if the building already has strongly patterned wood walls.
